We are delighted to present the latest addition to our family of short stay accommodation cottages. Our flagship cottages name Plover shares its name with a beautiful species of bird, and the Golden Plover is an exquisite specimen with beautiful plumage.
This beautiful short stay cottage on the outskirts of Huddersfield holds two bedrooms with a stunning en suite master bedroom on the mezzanine, including balustrades overlooking the lower floor and church views. The main bathroom has a full-size bath and the second bedroom a small and cosy double bed for single occupancy.
The cottage has a spacious fully fitted kitchen including granite worktops, a range cooker, and all cooking utilities to prepare a delicious meal. A true home from home.
The living room and dining area overlooks the historic St Stephen’s Church and the Clock Tower of Lindley can be seen from the landing window, always on time marking the hour so you can ensure British punctuality!

Went to a wedding at the nearby Manor House Hotel. Needed somewhere to stay for two nights.
Plover Cottage was perfect. Has everything you need, cosy and warm.
Not to mention very reasonable rates!
Cleide the owner is lovely. She met me on arrival and showed me around. Loved it!

Clean, comfortable, easy communication with friendly host, in a really nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
Cleide was an extremely helpful host letting us check in at 1 so we could drop our luggage off so we could make it to the wedding without bags in tow…
She also got intouch the day before with instructions which was great!
Room was lovely and well equipped with a shop the end of the road! And super comfy beds! If we ever need to stay in Lindley again we will be sure to get in touch ! Thank you for a lovely stay
